All files were re-encoded for best quality.
It also change the main menu music with the mythic song 'I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire' by The Ink Spots.
It does not delete or replace any of the original Fallout 3 music.

The Mod would begin with your character PIPBOY getting a new broadcast channel from an unknown source, That has the voice of a young woman asking for help.
